Anne Wisbar, age 93, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Duquesne, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Transitions Health Care Centre, North Huntingdon.

She was born March 31, 1923 in Duquesne, daughter of the late Pando and Anna Adam Pavloff.  Prior to her retirement, Anne was a shoe clerk for Gimbels Department Store and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Duquesne.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Wisbar; son, Harry Wisbar; and brother, John Pavloff.  She is survived by her son, Vincent Wisbar; daughters, Sylvia Amendolea, Monica (Keith) Johnson, and Janet Frank; niece, Anita Bocan, who was her caretaker for the last several years; three grandchildren, Jennifer Lagasca, Regina and Joseph Amendolea; two great-grandchildren, Jake and Sofia Lagasca; and nieces.  A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 30th in St. Joseph Church, Grant Ave. Duquesne at 11:30 am.  Please go directly to the church.  Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.   James W.
