Delores M. Snyder, age 85, of White Oak, died May 16, 2020, at John J. Kane Regional Center McKeesport. Born August 10, 1934, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Emory and Mary (Yuhas) Honick.
In her earlier years, Delores worked as a beautician, a baker for Islay's, and would go on to retire from Super America. She was a member of the Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Merici Church. She enjoyed going to the casino and loved her trips to Las Vegas with her sisters. She is survived by children, Christine (Charles) Mingo, of White Oak and Stewart "Butch " (Robin Lucas) Snyder, of North Huntingdon; grandchildren, Erika (Andrew) Gifford, of Missouri and Vincent Mingo, of White Oak; great-grandchildren, Emily and Mason; sister, Evelyn Indyk, of White Oak and brother, William (Mary Ann) Honick, of Schelocta, PA, and also survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Jean "B.J." Andrejcak. Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory.
