At the age of 5, Dolly sang on the radio with Betty Dugan's Starlets on Parade. During her time at the Villages she created a choir group called the Village Voices and remained an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan. She worked as an office manager for an orthodontist before devoting her time to raising her family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband John Haraburda; four sisters; four brothers; and one grandson. She is survived by her children Patricia (George) Stark of North Versailles, Jeanne (James) Curran of Orlando, Florida, Barbara (Jerry) Klein of North Versailles, John (Mary Ann) Haraburda of North Huntingdon, and William (Shirley) Haraburda of Lady Lake, Florida; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.
Due to the current covid-19 restrictions, everyone is invited to view the funeral service on Saturday, October 24th at 1 p.m. via live streaming from St. John’s Lutheran Church, North Versailles, on Facebook at (facebook.com/stjohnnorthversailles). Facebook membership is not required.
Private interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. Arrangements handled by the Forgie-Snyder Funeral Home, 1032 Broadway, East McKeesport, 412-823-8083.
