Gerard Michael Gluscic, age 59, of Monessen, died October 30, 2020, at Allegheny General Hospital. Born May 23, 1961, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late George and Jean (Simak) Gluscic and the husband of Jill (Takacs) Gluscic.
Gerard was currently working for Snavely Forest Products, as a Product Manager. He was a member of the St. Sebastian Church, of Belle Vernon. Gerard served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the US Army. He enjoyed playing guitar and bass, recording his own music, riding his motorcycle, and going on family camping trips. Gerard was a hard-working man who deeply cared for his family. He had a great sense of humor and was a supportive person to all who knew
him.
In addition to his wife, Gerard is survived by his daughter, Jordan Marie Gluscic; siblings, Georgine (Wes) Hurst of Oracle, AZ, George of Altoona, PA, Gerald (Kim) of Scottsdale, AZ, and Gene (Debra) of McKeesport, PA; nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Joseph, Corey, Aaron, Amber, and Lauren; great-niece and great-nephew, Marley and Cooper.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, November 5, 2020, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, 10 a.m., at Mary, Mother of God Parish, Corpus Christi Church. Inurnment will be in Round Hill Cemetery at a later date.
