Janet H. Grebeck, age 83, of McKeesport, died December 6, 2020, at The Grove at Irwin. Born January 26, 1937, in McKeesport, she was a "Painter Baby" and wore her pin proudly. Janet was the daughter of the late Stanley F. and Helen (Konkol) Grebeck.

Janet was employed in an administrative capacity for United States Steel Corporation's Duquesne and National Works and as a Trust Assistant for Mellon Bank. Upon her retirement, she kept busy volunteering for various charities including, UPMC McKeesport Hospital's Junior Committee, McKeesport's History and Heritage Center, BVRS Auxiliary, Mellon MVP's, and the former USX-Cels. Janet graduated from McKeesport High School and the former Grace Martin School Business in Pittsburgh. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and a member of Corpus Christi Church Ladies of Charity.

Janet is survived by her nieces, Donna Rae (Rocco) Zinobile of Lock Haven, PA, Janet Rae (Bernie) Piskula of WI; nephews, Dan (Theresa) Rae of McElhattan, PA, James (Jan) Rae of Ann Arbor, MI, David J. Rae of Washington, PA, Stephen Grebeck of Orlando, FL, Michael Grebeck of Seattle, WA; sister-in-law, Karen Grebeck of Twinsburg, OH, and dear Konkol cousins. She was the dear aunt of Christopher, Michelle, and Lachlan Rae.

In addition to her parents, Janet was also preceded in death by her siblings, Annette Rae and Stan C. Grebeck.

Private family arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home &  Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated on Friday, December 11, 2020, 1 p.m., at Corpus Christi Church will be open to all, but please be mindful of mask requirements and social distancing.

Committal prayers and burial will follow in St. Mary's Polish Cemetery.
