Emma J. Heflin Smalley, 72, departed this life on December 31, 2020, at UPMC McKeesport. She was born July 4, 1948, the beloved daughter of the late David Bud Coleman and Minnie Tyree. 

Emma is survived by her loving spouse Jonquin; two sons, Victor Tyree, Vincent Brown of McKeesport; step-son, Deon Smalley; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; extended family and friends.
