Thomas J. Fullard, IV, age 55, of Connellsville, formerly of McKeesport, unexpectantly died January 22, 2021, at home. Born February 5, 1965, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Thomas J., III and Dolores (Stragar) Fullard.Tom was an aviation mechanic, formerly working for US Airways, with over 20 years of service. He also formerly worked with the IAM as a lobbyist in Washington, DC, Sikorsky Aircraft and Air Travel Mgmt. Co. working on piston and turbo prop planes.

Following in the footsteps of his dad who was a former Mayor of McKeesport, he was involved with local and union politics.He even took a run for a PA State Representative seat in 1998. Tom enjoyed to ski and golf (two time member of the hole in one club) but his true passions were aviation and woodworking. As a skilled carpenter, he was most proud of the gifts he made for his family and friends.
Tom is survived by his children, Thomas J. (Beka) Fullard V of Mt. Pleasant, Mitchell J. Fullard, and Emily A. Fullard, both of North Fayette; his children's mother, Lynn Lubinsky; brother, David R. (Angi) Fullard of Donegal; nephews, Jacob R. and Luke D., niece, Brooke M. of Donegal; and many cousins.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, January 30, 2021, from 11 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 3 p.m., in the funeral home chapel.
Inurnment will be in New St. Joseph's Cemetery at a later date.
