Rodney Albert “Mac” McIntosh, 71, of Dravosburg, formerly Jefferson Hills, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born April 20, 1945 in McKeesport to the late James and Alice Arkwell McIntosh.
Rodney is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Shirley A. Brooks McIntosh; stepdaughter, Sherri Stinnet of Salem Oregon; nieces, Jamie, Heather, Brittany, Nancy, Beth Ann; brother, Douglas (Sue) McIntosh of Beeville Texas; many cousins and his dog Morgan. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Timothy McIntosh. Rodney was a police officer in Pleasant Hills, a member of Pennsylvania Army Reserve National Guard, he enjoyed motorcycles, leather & wood work and home remodeling. He moved to Arizona where he was a fireman, paramedic, school bus driver, and construction worker. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Mainstay Life Services, 200 Roessler Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15220 Family and friends will be received on Friday July 22, 2016 from 4 – 8 pm at S.
