Kathryn Ann Hunt, 74, of Elizabeth Township, passed away at home on Friday, January 29, 2021. She was born December 17, 1946 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Sherwin and Evelyn Jean (Dannenhauer) Griffith. Kathryn had worked at the Giant Eagle in Elizabeth and had previously worked for the former Hills Department Store.

She is survived by nieces, Laura Griffith of Elizabeth Township and Katie Patterson of Jefferson Hills, nephews, Daniel Griffith of Elizabeth Township, David Griffith of West Mifflin and Ronald Patterson and Roger Patterson of Jefferson Hills, great-nieces, Brooke, Taylor and McKenzie, and great-nephews, Noah and Garret. She was preceded in death by her brother, Russell D. Griffith, sister, Jean Patterson, and boyfriend, Bud Zimmerman. Friends are welcome Wednesday, February 3, 2021 from 10 am to 1 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.  Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 1 pm.
