Hazel B. Proctor, 92, of Irwin, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at Transitions Healthcare, North Huntingdon.  She was born November 15, 1928 in Herminie, a daughter of the late Russell and Mary (Rosenstill) Mellinger.  Hazel was a member of the Norwin Church of the Nazarene.  She was a loving mother who took care of her family and home and loved to watch football.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl S. Proctor; brothers, Art and Howard Mellinger; sisters, Naomi Clutter, Ethel Kaufman and Darlene Kunkle.  She is survived by her sons, Ray Proctor and his wife, Eileen, Randy Proctor (Katrina); four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.  Services will be private.  Arrangements made by the James W.
