Robert A. Santiago, age 81, of White Oak, passed peacefully March 12, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport Hospital. Born October 3, 1939, in Homestead, PA, he was the son of the late Phillip Santiago and Mary (Villarreal) Santiago-Sawyer. Along with his parents, Bob was preceded in death by three sisters and five brothers.
Bob retired from Mt. Vernon of Elizabeth, where he worked in maintenance and transportation. He also worked as a foreman at US Steel Duquesne Works. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Bob is survived by his loving wife Marie (Hess) Santiago, sons Robert (Renee) Santiago, and Thomas (Nina) Santiago. He is also survived by three sisters, two brothers, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
