Sandy M. "Cakes" Minetti, 74, of McKeesport, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021. She was born October 14, 1946 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Guy Anthony and Anne (Hazy) Peluso. Sandy was a member of St. Joachim & Anne Parish (St. Michael). Sandy graduated from McKeesport Vocational High School in 1964, and shortly after opened up her own hair salon.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Mink Minetti, daughters, Brandi A. Cochrane, of Elizabeth Township, Kindall (Bill) Shoben, of Elizabeth Township, and Kristy (Chris) Barthels, of Elizabeth Township, sons, Trevor Mink, of Jeanette, and Troy (Jamie) Mink, of North Huntingdon, sister, Dariyan Peluso Campbell, of Port Vue, brother, Guy M. (Karen) Peluso, of Sarasota, FL, grandchildren, Levi, Lacee, Autumn, Luca, Skyler, Ally and Alyx, great-grandchildren, Lillee, Richard, and Luke. In addition to her parents, Sandy is preceded in death by her brother, Lorne Peluso, and grandsons, Dylan Cochrane and Hunter Shoben. Visitation will be held, Wednesday, March 24, 2021, from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
