John Albert Goodrum, age 74, of Clairton died on Sunday, April 4, 2021. He was born in Clairton on September 4, 1946 and is the son of the late James and Betty Penn Goodrum.
He retired from Exxon Mobil in Connecticut after many years of service.
He is survived by children, John A. (Lou Ann) Goodrum of White Oak, James Goodrum of Lufkin, Texas, Brian (Cathy) Goodrum of Seymour, Connecticut, and Tracey (Dan) Harriman of Pulaski, Virginia; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, David Goodrum of Port Arthur, Texas, Charles (Dana) Goodrum of Clairton, Robert Goodrum of Ashbula, Ohio, and Kenneth (Marg) Goodrum of Belle Vernon. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Lemuel “Bud”, Ronald, and James Goodrum.
A family gathering was held at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
