Rosemary M. Kesser Gerondites, 90, of North Huntingdon, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. She was born April 3, 1931 in Greensburg and was the daughter of the late Henry V. McKay, Sr. and Rose Marie (Gregg) McKay. Rosemary was the wife of the late Milan John Kesser, Sr., who passed away in 1972 and the late James Gerondites, who passed away in 1987.  She was a member of St. Agnes Church in North Huntingdon and was also a member of The Catholic Daughters. She worked for Bell Telephone in her younger days and would later go on to work as a home health aide for many years.  She was also a member of AARP. Rosemary was known for her baking of cakes for all occasions and her beautiful cake decorating skills.

She is survived by her son, Gary V. (Diane) Kesser of White Oak and devoted son and caregiver, Milan J. Kesser, Jr., of North Huntingdon, daughters, Cynthia "Cindy" (Duane) Kovalcin of North Huntindon, Kathleen (Del) Large of Streetsboro, OH, and Colleen (Jess) Mains of North Huntingdon, 18 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, sister, Catherine (Robert) Macey of North Huntingdon, brother, Henry V. (Josie) McKay, Jr., of Duquesne, special caregivers, Diane Johnson and Carla Niedzwecki, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy "Tim"  Kesser.  Friends are welcome Tuesday, April 20,  from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak (412) 672-6322 Troy J. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, April 21, at 10:00 am at St. Agnes Church, 11400 St Agnes Lane, Irwin, PA 15642.  Burial will follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles.  Condolences may be made at GilbertFuneralHomeandCrematory.com
