Frank Edward Philburn, 68, of Finleyville, passed away Friday, May 21, 2021 at home. He was born March 2, 1953 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Bernard Francis Philburn Sr. and Jane Lenora (Keilbach) Philburn. He was a 1971 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. Frank worked as a painter for precoat metals for 25 years and was a member of the Clairton American Legion, the Glassport American Legion and The Eleventh Ward Club in McKeesport.  He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Beth (Menke) Philburn, daughters, Samantha Philburn of Monongahela and Tracy Davies of Georgia, son, Ryan Philburn of Elizabeth, step-sons, Neil Hufnagel of Seattle, WA and Kyle (Annie) Hufnagel of South Park,  grandson, Jude Hufnagel and other grandchildren, brother Bernard Philburn, Jr. of Illinois, sisters, Linda Snedden of West Virginia and Mary Jo (Shawn) of Elizabeth Twp., as well as nephews and numerous friends.
