Donald F. Hart, 80, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021. He was born March 10, 1941 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Elmer B. and Edith (Deeds) Hart. He was a graduate of McKeesport High School, obtained his B.S. in Mathematics from the West Virginia Wesleyan College and his M. ED. from the University of Pittsburgh. Donald worked as a Mathematics teacher for Elizabeth Forward School District, where he retired after 31 years. He was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in White Oak, where he held numerous leadership positions during his lifetime. These included many years as chairperson of the staff Parish Relations Committee and the church's delegate to the Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference. Donald was an avid reader, he enjoyed playing golf and was a member of several leagues, and was also a member of the Mon Yough Church Dartball League.
Donald is survived by his cousins. There is no visitation. A private burial will be held at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Service will be held at the Wesley United Methodist Church in White Oak on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 10:00 am.
