Long K. Sim, age 69, of Irwin, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Excela Health Westmoreland.

He was born May 4, 1947 in Cambodia.  Prior to his retirement, Long was employed as a chef for Jimmy Tsang for over 20 years and a member of the Norwin Church of the Nazarene.  He is survived by his wife, Chheang Yon; sons, Khin Long and his wife, Lyna, and Khoeuth Long; daughters, Khom Long, Sarom Long and Saroeun Sim (James Davis); grandchildren, Danashia, Draven, Savannah, Jasella, Jonathan, Khai, Amelia, Keir, Kade, Sean, Keelin, Ava and Miley.  Family and friends will be received on Friday from 5-8 p.m. at the James W.
