Harry "Butch" Slick, 75, of North Versailles Twp. died June 26, 2021, peacefully at home, surrounded by his family.

Born May 11, 1946 in Rankin, PA, he was the son of the late Irene Slick and George Blazevich. Beloved brother of Marie Cindric and the late Eugene(Corinne) Slick. Beloved husband of Jacqueline Smith. Loving father of Laurie Rudolf, James, David (Kimberly), Jennifer & Jason Slick. Grandfather of Jason, Allen, Chris & Ambrosia. Great Grandfather of Mya and Declan. He is also survived by wonderful nieces and nephews: Terri, Debbi, Tracey, Jeff, Jim, Ani, Michelle (Mendenhall) and Billy, and Gina Slick along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Also leaves behind Aunt Rita Caruso and Aunt Loretta Slick, brother in laws: Fred Sr. (Jo Ann) and Paul (Peggy) Smith and sister in laws: Elsie Clark and Jo Ann Cavrak.

Butch was proceeded in death by his brother Eugene and nephew Jimmy Slick, Ricky and Colleen Caruso, Andrew Dulemba, James and Phyllis Shortley, William Clark, Margaret Smith, James Cavrak and Fred Jr and Paula Ann Smith and his beloved dog Oreo.

As per Butch's wishes, there will be no viewing or service. There will be a memorial day planned, please see Jennifer for details.
