Frank H. Topper, age 62, of Avonmore, died Thursday, August 4, 2016.  He was born in Pittsburgh on August 6, 1953 and is the son of Helen Elizabeth (Limegrover) Gullion and the late Frank D. Topper.  He was employed at the Union Railroad until he retired.  He enjoyed farming at “Camp Pee in the Woods” and doting over his grandchildren.  He is survived by his son Fred (Beth) Topper of N. Huntingdon; daughter Shelley (Chris) Borcik of Lincoln Place; grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Jackson, Sara, and Lauren; brothers, David (Kathy) Topper of Level Green and the late Hayden (Kathleen) Topper of Turtle Creek; and sister, Anne (Fred) Berk of Denver, Co.

Friends will be received at Strifflers of Dravosburg West Mifflin, Inc., 740 Pittsburgh-McKeesport Blvd., Dravosburg, PA 15034, (412) 678-6192 on Friday, August 5^th  from 5 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 6th at 10 am at St. Agnes Church, 1140 St. Agnes Lane, N. Huntingdon with Rev. Msgr. V. Paul Fitzmaurice officiating.
