Pamela D. McDonough, age 65, of McKeesport, died July 20, 2021, at home. Born June 11, 1956, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Ida (Pellasce ) Wojdyla and the wife of the late Phillip T. McDonough, Jr.
Pam retired from McKeesport Hospital, where she was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and attended Corpus Christi Church. Pam enjoyed amusement parks, reading, and making cross-stitch blankets for everyone. She was also an animal lover, leaving behind her cats. Pam was very proud of her grandchildren and cherished the time they spent together.
She is survived by her step-daughter, Maggie (Steve) Swierczek; grandchildren, Jacob, Abigail, Kevin, Jr., and Patrick Provins, and John and Luke Swierczek; aunts, Annette and Faye; many cousins; and godson, David Palcsey, Jr.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, July 23, 2021, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. A blessing service will be held on Saturday, 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel.
Committal prayers and burial will follow in St. Mary's Polish Cemetery.
