]William K. "Willie" Yeager, age 48, of West Mifflin, formerly of McKeesport, died August 10, 2021, at UPMC Presbyterian. Born May 2, 1973, in McKeesport, he was the son of Thomas E. and Debbie (Roberts) Yeager, and the late Shirley (Anderson) Yeager and the partner and best friend of Elizabeth "Sissy" Richel.
Willie worked as a plumber until his health would no longer allow and formerly worked at MTMI Mechanical and East Suburban Inc. He was a member of First United Methodist of McKeesport. Willie was an avid softball player and enthusiast. He also enjoyed shooting pool, bowling, darts, karaoke, and fishing. Willie was always there to lend a hand. He will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents and partner, Willie is survived by his children, Caytlin O'Brien of Greensburg, Cara Cunningham of White Oak, and Cali Yeager of White Oak; siblings, Tom (Patti) Yeager, Jr. of Elizabeth, Sissy (Troy) Bryan of Cape Vincent, NY, Freedom (Todd) Semko of Elizabeth Twp., Jen (Bob) Richel of Port Vue, and Joe (Melissa) Yeager of Penn Hills; nieces and nephews, Amy, Sam, April (Matt), Cynthia, Brandon, Anthony, Devin, Kayla, Hunter, Luke, Georgina; great-nieces and great-nephews, Grace, Rylee, Sierra, James, and Cienthia; cousins, extended family, and friends; loyal pet dog, CoCo.
In addition to his mother, Willie was also preceded in death by his pet dogs, Jackson, and Damien.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, 10 a.m., in the funeral home chapel. Pastor William Meekins will officiate. Committal prayers and burial will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
