John A. Criscuolo, age 79, of McKeesport, died on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at AHN Jefferson Hospital. Born in Hells Kitchen of Manhattan, NY. He was the son of the late Neil and Francis (Yurjevsic) Criscuolo and the husband of Sandra (Heath) Criscuolo for 54 years.
John retired from Roadway Express, where he was a truck driver. He started his career with Farkas Trucking and continued to drive for over 60 years. One of his proudest moments was being part of a 100 truck convoy delivering fuel to New Orleans for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. John was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and attended St. Patrick Church of Christy Park. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and received an award from the Bishop for his service. Above all, John found joy in spending time with his grandchildren.

John is survived by his children, Pamela (Bob) Szajnuk of Enola, PA, and Timothy (Michelle) Criscuolo of Poulsbo, WA; grandchildren, David (Emily) Kimmi, Nicholas, Danielle, and Mathew; sister, Caroline (Jerry) Asher of Green Bay, WI; step-brother, Charles (Laurel) Farkas, Jr., of White Oak; many nieces and nephews; also his loyal pet dog, "Buddy."
In addition to his wife and parents, John was also preceded in death by his beloved aunt and uncle, whom he was raised by, Charles (Mary Yurjevsic) Farkas; siblings, Anna, Anthony, and James Criscuolo.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday,  September 19, 2021, from 6 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, 1 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021, at St. Patrick Church in Christy Park.   
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association: Greater Pennsylvania Chapter - Pittsburgh Office, 2835 East Carson St., Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15203.
