Vincent A. Maizer, Jr., age 77, of White Oak, formerly of McKeesport, died October 7. 2021, at UPMC McKeesport. Born October 28, 1943, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Vincent A. Sr. and Mary Louise (Miller) Mazier and the husband of Frances (Stibrik) Maizer.
Vince retired from US Steel, National Tube Works, where he was a pipe inspector. Afterward, he worked for J.C. Penney Co., in the maintenance department and, Giant Eagle, in the produce department. He was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish. Vince was also a member of the PNA #352 and 11th Ward Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.

In addition to his wife, Vince is survived by his children, Janene (Charles) Farkas of White Oak and Vincent A. Maizer, III of White Oak; grandchildren, Zachary (Katie), Tyler, and Collin; and his beloved loyal pet dog, Lucy. Along with his parents, Vince was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Mazier.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday, October 10, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, 10 a.m., at Corpus Christi Church. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Polish Cemetery at a later date.
