Avid hunter, genuine family man, and the best Pap Pap in the world, Richard Lee Miller Jr., age 71, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Rich was a 1968 graduate of the South Allegheny School District. He was a retired cement mason from Local 526 and was a member of the Junior Order United American Mechanics, Coal Valley Council #98. He was a long-time employee of more than 40 years at McHolme Builders Inc. in Elizabeth. Rich took great pride in his four grandchildren. He would never miss a softball, baseball, or soccer game they had, even if he had to watch his South Carolina grandchildren on video! Those four kids were his pride and joy. Born March 25, 1950 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Richard Sr. and Alice (Hansen) Miller. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Gloria Jean (Drnach) Miller; daughter, Allison (Gary) Grimm of Elizabeth Twp.; son, Richard Lee (Jennifer) Miller III, of Fort Mill, SC; PROUD Pap Pap of Alivia, Nathan, Molly, and Noah; siblings, Carol Silverstein, Barry, James and Ronald Miller; also, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 4 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 9:30 AM at St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church, 101 McLay Drive, Elizabeth, PA 15037 with the Rev. Thomas A.
