Norine V. Jasper, age 90, of North Versailles, died August 26, 2016, at Family Hospice & Palliative Care. Born March 28, 1926, in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Jennings G. and Jewel Garnett (Anderson) Taylor and the wife of the late C.J. Jasper.
Norine was a member of the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

She is survived by children, Patricia Lynn McDowell (Elmer Edward) Pastories and David L. Augustine of McKeesport; daughter-in-law, Regina McDowell of Fayette County; 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Norine was preceded in death by a son, Jay E. McDowell.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, August 29, 2016, from Noon until the time of service at 2pm, in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park Mausoleum.
