Alice M. Fleming, age 92, of White Oak, died on Friday, February 11, 2022. She was born in McKeesport on July 14, 1929 and is the daughter of the late Michael and Anna Kolesar Haynick and is the wife of the late Clifford “Joe” R. Fleming. She was the proprietor of Fleming Floor Cleaner and Janitorial Services.

She is survived by daughter, Diane (Russell) Little of White Oak; granddaughter, Kaylin (Joshua) Keafer of White Oak; nieces and nephews, Ronald Honick; Leonard Honick; Lawrence D’Antonio; William D’Antonio; Edward Mozzoni; Michael Testa; Mark Testa; Christina Mozzoni; Monica Mozzoni; Melissa Testa; William Coup; great-nephew, Anthony Testa; and brother-in-law, Michael J. Testa, Sr. of North Huntingdon. She is also survived by Virginia Long, one of her best and longtime friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sisters, Patricia Testa; Virginia (the late Amerigo) D'Antonio; Dolores “Babe” (the late Edward) Mozzoni; brother Edward (the late Mary) Honick; brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Joan Coup; and her fur baby, Daisy May.

Her husband, Clifford, was a life member of the White Oak Boro Volunteer Fire Company #1 and after his death, Alice volunteered on Tuesdays to cook for the bingo players. There were hot dogs and hamburgers, but also a complete meal for the players. She always made sure everyone was fed. If they didn’t have money or were low on money, she would let them pay later. She was always there to help anyone in need. She was tough, yet kindhearted. She was one of a kind. She was also a member of the firehall auxiliary since 1956.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at the White Oak Boro Volunteer Fire Company #1, 1130 California Avenue, White Oak, PA 15131. The time of the celebration of life will be announced closer to the date.
