Florence Louise (Harden) Mitchell, age 98 of White Oak, passed away on September 5, 2016 at Walden’s View Senior Living.  Born May 22, 1918, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Phyllis (Steiner) Harden and the wife of the late Campbell Mitchell.  She is survived by children, Joyce (Paul) Konkol, of North Huntingdon, David (Lois) Mitchell, of St. Augustine, FL, and Doris (Tony) Martino, of North Huntingdon.  She was the grandmother of 8, great-grandmother of 12, and great-great-grandmother of 5.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Phyllis McLay, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.  Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m.  Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the White Oak Animal Safe Haven 2295 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131.  The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff of Walden’s View, North Huntingdon and the staff of Bridges Hospice Care.  Condolences may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com
