Cristina "Cristie" Louise Auretto, 46, of Gibsonia, formerly of Elizabeth Township, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 27, 2022. She was born March 3, 1976 in McKeesport and was the daughter of Sue Ann (Brookhouser) Auretto of Gibsonia and the late Frederick Anthony Auretto who passed away September 7, 2016. Cristie was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish- St. Angela Church, White Oak. She had worked for Magee Hospital in Oakland and was a 1995 graduate of McKeesport High School. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her grandmother, Dorothy Brookhouser of Gibsonia, sisters, Gina (Kip) Kennemur of Birmingham, AL, and Danielle (Tracy Willcox) Auretto of Woodstock, NY, nephews, Nicholas (Kasey) Kennemur, and Zachary and Jared Kennemur, great-nieces, Hayes and Murray Kennemur, aunts, uncles. and cousins. Friends are welcome Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 4-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 1638 Lincoln Way, White Oak. (412) 672-6322 Troy J. Gilbert, Director. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 11 am. Private inurnment will be at the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township.
