Karen M. Horvath, age 66, of Port Vue, died May 23, 2022, at UPMC McKeesport. Born October 3, 1955, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Emil E. and Ida E. (Coddington) Yesensky and the wife of the late Louis S. Horvath.

Karen enjoyed learning new things, being on her computer, and cooking vegetarian meals. In her younger years, she enjoyed gardening. Karen loved animals and her Chihuahua, Pablo. She was smart, quick-witted, always willing to help others, and loved spending time with family and friends.

Karen is survived by her daughter, Taylor (Tom) Cadonic; brother, Emil "Tim" Yesensky; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her husband and parents, Karen was preceded in death by her sisters, Shirley Lundy and Mary Ann Carlson. Arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
