Martin Jamar Leonard, age 30, of McKeesport was called home on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at UPMC McKeesport. He was born in McKeesport on February 18, 1992 and is the son of the late Matthew B. Long and Shawn D. Leonard and as well stepfather, Anthony K. Grey.

Martin's quiet demeanor and his affectionate smile are a testament to every life he impacted. He was raised in McKeesport and lived up to the fullest definition of Baby Brother. He followed Anthony as a football player for some years, Ramon as a cook at various jobs, and later Tyrone for his Family Over Everything. Once Martin connected with Chacara, Matt, and Malachi, he put F.O.E into full drive. Making bonds and memories for years missed. He was best friend and partner in crime with his little sister, Desirea (two peas in a pod) and Boo Bear to Simone.

Martin is survived by his grandmother, Roberta E. Leonard; son Martay Leonard; brothers, Ramon; Matthias; Anthony; Malachi; Tyrone; sisters, Chacara; Desirea; Simone; aunts, uncles, cousins and a tribe of nieces and nephews.

Martin is preceded in death by paternal grandparents Rahman and Alice Long; James Leonard; uncle, Jeffrey Long; aunt, Roberta Leonard; and cousin, La' Mon White.

Family and friends will gather at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until Noon, when services will be held in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow.
