Joyce L. (Cottle) Bailey, age 79, of Buena Vista, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at home. Born July 10, 1943 in Buena Vista, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Bertha Cottle. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Roy Bailey; daughters, Ellen (Ray Moore) Bailey of Buena Vista, Lisa (Jay) Radaker of Monongahela and Heather Bailey of Buena Vista; sons, Roy Bailey, Jr. of Somerset, Matthew (William Goodwin) Bailey of Pittsburgh and Levi Bailey of Buena Vista; grandchildren, Rael Kibe, Devin Bailey, Hunter Moore, Nora Yosko, Logan Radaker and Dillon Yosko; great-grandchildren, Connor and Louisa Kibe; brother, Charles (Pam) Cottle of White Oak; also, nieces and nephews.
