On Tuesday, August 23, 2022, Theresa M. Heasly Yoest, loving wife, and mother of two daughters, passed away at age 70. She was born in McKeesport on August 10, 1952.
She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Margaret Deemer Barry, daughter, Erin Michelle O’Brien, sister, Ellen Hudson, and brothers, Charles and Jeremiah Barry.
Terry is survived by her husband, William Yoest, daughter, Shannon (Roy Molter) O’Brien, and her six grandchildren, Derrick Jerome, Dylan Pulkownik, Sarah Rotz, Logan Pulkownik, Hallie O’Brien, and Mason O’Brien.
Terry was a lifelong resident of West Mifflin and graduated from West Mifflin South in 1970. She was a bartender and social member at West Mifflin #3 Firehall for more than 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with family, dancing, listening to oldies, going to the casino, and playing with her puppy, Benny.
Family and friends will gather on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Strifflers of Dravosburg/West Mifflin, 740 Pittsburgh McKeesport Blvd. Dravosburg, PA 15034 (412-678-6192) from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at Noon in the funeral home chapel. A luncheon will take place immediately following at West Mifflin #3 Firehall, 3722 Rodeo Drive, West Mifflin, PA 15122.
