Annie K. (Davies) Urban, 86, of Glassport, fell asleep in the Lord peacefully on Tuesday, September 28, 2022 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born March 29, 1936, in Wheeling WV, she was the daughter of the late David R. and Martha K. (Pickard) Davies. Mrs. Urban was a wonderful homemaker and a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Duquesne. Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Joseph E. Urban Jr., she was the loving mother of David (Sue) Urban of Glassport, Joseph Urban of Denver, Colorado, Scott (Barb) Urban of Glassport, and Vicki (Tony) Tarli of Liberty Boro. She was the proud grandmother of 5 grandchildren. Chris Urban (Tammy), Melissa Runion (Keith), Joanne Urban, Taylor Urban, and Jenni Urban, also 6 great grandchildren, Laney, Maggie, Bella, Isaiah, Mariyah, Keith, and one new baby soon to be here. She is also survived by her life-long friend of 83yrs. Tish Rogers of West Mifflin.Family and friends will be received from 2-8PM on Friday, September 30, 2022 in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., 828 Richford Street, Duquesne. A Blessing in the Memorial Home on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at 10:30AM will be followed by Funeral Liturgy at 11AM in Ss. Peter and Paul Church with Rev. David Abernethy as celebrant. Burial will follow in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, West Mifflin.
