Robert R. King, 86, of Clairton, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016 in Jefferson Hospital. Retired, after 36 years of service, as a steelworker for U.S. Steel, Clairton Works, he was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish in Clairton and an Army veteran of the Korean War. 

He was born July 19, 1929 in McKeesport and was a son of the late Clarence E. and Louise (Liebel) King and husband of the late Mildred (Braum) King. Robert is survived by his daughter, Robin (Ed) Krason of Clairton; grandchildren, Holly (Jeff) Nelson and Matt (Yvonne) Krason; great grandson, Cody Krason; also, nieces and nephews. No viewing is scheduled. Burial will take place in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Township. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the A.J.
