Florence M. Stupansky, age 90, formerly of North Versailles, died October 26, 2022, at UPMC East Hospital. Born February 13, 1932, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Charney) Palko and the wife of the late William "Whitey" S. Stupansky.

Florence dedicated her life to caring for her family and home. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and a Christian Mother. Florence was also a member of the First Catholic Ladies Slovak Association. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and watching the Game Show Network. Florence especially loved to Polka dance with her late husband, listen to Polka music, and share Polish and Slovak traditions with their family.
She is survived by her children, JoAnne Lipchinsky of Uniontown, William (Kathy) Stupansky of Centennial, CO, and James (Joyce) Stupansky of North Huntingdon; grandchildren, Terri (Josh) Greene, Bryan (Shaina) Lipchinsky, Ellyse (Kevin) Colson, William (Rose) Stupansky, Kristen Stupansky, and fiance Tim Johnson, and Kara Stupansky; great-grandchildren, Brielle, Brooklyn, and Madelyne Lipchinsky, Jonah, Hollis, and Archer Colson; brother-in-law, Valentine Lesniak; also many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Florence was also preceded in death by her grandson, Cameron (Bridget) Stupansky; son-in-law, Thomas Lipchinsky; siblings, Anna Lesniak, Joseph Palko, Margaret (the late Steven) Marshalik, and John (the late Jeannine) Palko.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, from 4 to 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary, Mother of God Parish, Corpus Christi Church, on Wednesday, at 10 a.m. Committal prayers and entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum of Port Vue.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Mary, Mother of God Parish, 1640 Fawcett Ave., White Oak, PA 15131.
Florence's family would like to extend a heartfelt "Thank you" to those staff at Walden's View, North Huntingdon, PA, who took special steps to care for Flo over the past 19 months.
