Karen L. (Novak) Sutton, age 71, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at home. She was a member of St. Joachim and Anne Parish, St. Michael Church in Elizabeth Twp. She had a huge love for her grandchildren - they were the apple of her eye. Born March 1, 1952 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Audrey (Cavanaugh) Novak. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Arthur Sutton; children, Wesley Sutton of Harmony, Amy Owens of McKeesport and Eric (Nancy Ankrom) Sutton of Pleasant Hills; grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Hannah, Jackson, Charlotte and Isla; siblings, Thelma Prichard of the state of California, Mary Lou (Tim) Austin of Ludlow and David (Monica) Novak of West Mifflin; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Christine McDonald and Susan Novak. No visitation is planned. Private burial in Round Hill Cemetery will take place at a later date.
