Franklin E. Heck, age 71, of McKeesport, died at home on December 6, 2023. Born August 6, 1952, in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Edwin and Ruth (Lightcap) Heck and the husband of Rise (Swartz) Heck for 21 years.

Frank discovered his calling in collecting and selling baseball cards. He spent countless hours meticulously curating his collection, which would bring joy to fellow enthusiasts. He found excitement in running bingo games. With an unwavering competitive spirit, he enjoyed the thrill of matching numbers and celebrating victories with his friends and fellow players. Frank's energy and optimism made every game a memorable experience. Nothing could surpass the bond he shared with his dear brother. They spoke every day, exchanging stories, memories, and providing support to one another. In addition to his wife, Frank is survived by children, Edwin Heck and Ruthann (Jason) Missimer; grandchildren, Edwin Heck, Jr., Tyler Carroll, Jason Missimer, Jr., and Kylee Missimer; siblings, Catherine (Eugene) Horst, Della (Kenneth) Heck, and Allen Sr., (Debra) Heck; step-daughters, Kristin Frank and Kelly Frank.
