Robert A. Zaval, 102 of North Huntingdon died February 8, 2024 at his home. He was born October 10, 1921 in Philipsburg. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a foreman for Fort Pitt Steel Casting Company in McKeesport. He enjoyed crocheting, splitting wood, and daily trips to Walmart.  Bob was a WWII veteran having served in the U.S. Army's 8th Armored Division in Rhineland and Central Europe.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Dorothy Zaval and son Daryl Zaval. He is survived by his wife Helene Wilson Zaval, daughters Barbara Casorio (Jim Sr.) and Melanie O’Connell (James), and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be no public visitation. A graveside service at Restland Memorial Park will take place at a later date. James W.
