Richard Michael "Rico" Sostaric, 73, of McKeesport, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024. He was born in McKeesport on October 9, 1950 and was the son of the late Andrew John and Marie (Dorazio) Sostaric. Rico worked in Maintenance for many years at US Steel - Clairton. He was a member of the PNA bowling leagues, as well as a softball player for numerous leagues through the years in McKeesport, and he played Bass Guitar for the Polka band, the Peppermint Stix for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Sue (Adam) Sostaric; son, Ronald Richard (Jennifer"Buzz") Sostaric of Houston, TX., and a daughter, Ann Marie (John) Marino of Arizona; grandchildren, Marcus Sostaric, and Carter & Lucia Marino; siblings, Ronald Sostaric, Michael "Turk" Sostaric, and Diane (Perry) Ankney; sister-in-law, May (Rodney "Rod") Shockey; as well as nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Rico is preceded in death by his brother, Gary Sostaric.
