Janeen G. (Eckels) Wojdyla, age 72, of McKeesport, died October 10, 2024 at Canterbury Place in Lawrenceville. Born May 24, 1952, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Jane M. (Kampas) and George C. Eckels, and the wife of the late Edward P. Wojdyla Jr.
Janeen loved and embraced being a mother, and will forever be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit.

She is survived by her son, Edward Wojdyla; sister, Christa Lewis; nephew, David G. (Holly Locke) Lewis; great nephew, Johnny A. Lewis; step-daughters, Kelly Wojdyla and Cheryl Gricar; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her step-daughter, Michelle Durham.
