Betty J. Miller, age 95, of McKeesport, died April 2, 2025, at home. Born September 5, 1929, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Ann Cunningham and the wife of the late James R. Miller.
Betty retired from McKeesport Area School District, where she retired as the cafeteria manager. She was a member of Beulah Park United Methodist Church, where she was active in all aspects of the church. Betty was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, for over 50 years. She dedicated her life to family and church, her greatest joy was the time she spent with her great-grandchildren.

Betty is survived by her children, Diana Mullen of Malone, NY and James W. (Cynthia) Miller of McKeesport; grandchildren, Justin and Brent Figiel, Cheryl (Ryan) Jeror, Rochelle (Ryan) Sommer, Randi (Robert) Landymore, James (Jennifer) Miller, Jessi (Michael) Rasley; great-grandchildren, Logan, Regan, Triston, Rianne, Mia, Jackson, Brody, Pete, Palynn, Lincoln, and Marshall; also nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Betty was also preceded in death by her siblings, Ruth Stitt and George Cunningham.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from Noon until  6 p.m., with the Order of Eastern Star Service at 3 p.m. The funeral service will be celebrated on Monday, 10 a.m., at Beulah Park United Methodist Church. Private burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park.
