Harold W. Sievern, 87, of Duquesne, died peacefully Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Born July 27, 1929, in McKeesport, he was the son of the Late William G. and Susan (Svihlo) Sievern. Mr. Sievern was a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, West Mifflin, a retired Store Manager for the Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Schwartz Markets, and proudly served in the U.S. Army, Korean Conflict. Beloved husband of Angeline (Ingel) Sievern, he is also survived by a son David Sievern and a daughter, Victoria (Robert) Busch.

In addition to his parents, he also was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Sievern.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 6-9pm in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., Richford and Commonwealth Avenue, Duquesne.  Blessing Services will take place on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 10am in the Skovranko Memorial Home Chapel with Rev. Thomas Lewandowski officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.
