Mary Emma Mossburg, 92, of Greenock, died Monday, March 14, 2016. She was born January 27, 1924 in Altoona and was the daughter of the late Harry and Bertha Detman McClellan. She was the wife of the late Clarence Henry Mossburg who died April 14, 1982. Mary was a member of the Boston United Methodist Church, and the Golden Agers. She had worked for the former Green's Department Store in McKeesport.

She is survived by sons, Gary (Frankie) Mossburg of Port Vue and James Mossburg and Dale (Phyllis) Mossburg of Greenock, daughters, Janet Schbik of Liberty Borough and Deborah (John) Coup of Mount Vernon, sister, Ann Smith of Altoona, brother, Richard (Josephine) McClellan of Virginia Beach, VA, 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Albert, Harry, William and Robert, sister, Myrtle Wright, grandson, Matthew Comer and great-granddaughter, Jaycee Lyn Mossburg. Friends are welcome from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Wednesday, March 16 at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, March 17 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Jack Piper, officiating. Interment will follow at the Penn-Lincoln Memorial Park, Inc., North Huntingdon.
