Doris K. Mundorf, age 94, of White Oak, died January 18, 2018, at Atria Senior Living of the South Hills.

Doris K. Mundorf, age 94, of White Oak, died January 18, 2018, at Atria Senior Living of the South Hills. Born June 22, 1923, in Homestead, she was the daughter of the late Adolph Adam and Corrine Christine (Miller) Leppla and the wife of the late William A. Mundorf. Doris dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was a member of the Sampson's Mills Presbyterian Church. In her early years, she took part in various card clubs and bowling leagues. She enjoyed needle point creations throughout her life and working with ceramics, as of late she enjoyed working crossword puzzles. Her greatest joy was spending time with her friends and family. Doris is survived by her son, Bruce (Kathie) Mundorf of Arlington, TX; grandchildren, Chris (Karen) Mundorf, Allison (Scott) Neiberg, Kim (Rob) Derickson, , Jason Mundorf and Melissa (Tony) Barrett; 6 great grandchildren; brother, William (Delores) Leppla of Trinity, FL; nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Doris was preceded in death by her step-son, William R. Mundorf.
Arrangements are entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Sampson's Mills Presbyterian Church on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, 10 a.m., for a funeral service. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park. Memorial contributions are suggested to Sampson's Mills Presbyterian Church, 1665 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131.
