Dolores (Connelly) McCall, age 86 of McKeesport, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Manor Care in Monroeville. Born January 23, 1930 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late John and Josephine (Sullivan) Connelly, and beloved wife of 50 years to the late Richard McCall. Dolores was a graduate of California College, proudly earning her bachelor's degree in both psychology and social services. She went on to work for Allegheny County Children and Youth Services, where she retired from after many dedicated years of service. She is survived by her children, Gary (Barb) McCall of South Carolina, Joyce (Gene) Akerberg of New Hampshire, Dale (Robyn) McCall of McKeesport, Jill Eileen McCall of North Huntingdon, Lisa (Charles) Hall of North Huntingdon, Maura McCall of McKeesport, and Brian (Cheryl) McCall of Georgia; 19 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Cheryl; daughters-in-law, Kathy and Sandra; and her sisters, Josephine and Agnes. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Corpus Christi Parish. Fr. Kevin Dominik will officiate. Entombment will follow at New St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association, 1100 Liberty Ave., Ste. E-201, Pgh, PA 15222.
