Thomas David Kurta, Jr., 39, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018. He was born June 7, 1978 in McKeesport and was a member of St. Michael's Orthodox Church in McKeesport and was a 1996 graduate of Hudson High School in Hudson, OH. Tom loved hockey, riding his Harley-Davidson, watching a good movie and going out with friends. He was proprietor of TK Window Cleaning. He is survived by his parents, Thomas D. and Mary Jane (Leibold) Kurta of Elizabeth Township,  sister, Tammy Lynn (Jeff Corsello) Kurta of Mars, grandmother, Helen Leibold of Elizabeth Township and nieces, Lila Monroe and Amelia Grace.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Leroy "Lee" Leibold and Andrew Kurta, Sr., and his aunt, Sandra Lee Leibold. Friends are welcome Friday, March 23 from 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J. Gilbert, director.
