Mary E. "Grandma Mary" Lofstrom, age 69, of McKeesport, died July 10, 2018, at home. Born July 21, 1948, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Frederick P. and Ottie Mae (Kirtley) Jones.

Mary retired from UPMC McKeesport Hospital, where she worked as a Registered Nurse, in the emergency room. She enjoyed traveling, taking trips to Disney World and she was the biggest fan of the movie "Jaws." Mary is survived by her children, Kim (Scott) Kelly of Elizabeth, David (Laurie) Butler, Charles Lofstrom and Lori Lofstrom all of McKeesport; grandchildren, Melissa (Starry), Jessica (Mike), Leah (Corey) Russen, Hannah, Brooklynn, Kayle, Kyle, Tyler and Ryan; great grandchildren, Arianna, Gavin and Gabriel; sister, Bonnie Hawkins of Port Vue. In addition to her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by her brother, William Curt Jones. Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, July 13, 2018, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until the time of service at 8 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Jody Dausey will officiate.
