Floyd Wayne Shutts, 84, of Dravosburg, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2019. He was born January 27, 1935 in New Castle and was the son of the late Floyd Ross and Katherine (Parker) Shutts. He was the husband of the late Donna F. (Swanson) Shutts who passed away October 14, 2016. They were married for 60 years. Floyd was a member of Dravosburg United Methodist Church and F & AM Lodge # 583. and was a retired charter bus driver. He was an airplane pilot and enjoyed flying.

He is survived by his sons, James Wayne (Kim) Shutts of Port Vue and David Wayne (Babbie) Shutts of Palm Coast, FL, daughter, Linda Denise (Keith) Blount of St. Augustine, FL, grandchildren, James "Jimbo" Wayne Shutts, Jr, Shawn (Malory) Bailey, Joshua Michael Shutts, Ashley Lynn Blount, Michael (Ashley) Dennison, and Courtney Shutts, great-grandchildren, Miranda, Nolan and Conor Bailey, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, David Edward Shutts who passed away February 26, 2019. Visitation and service were private.
