Jacob W. Savani, age 71, of McKeesport, died peacefully on March 1, 2021.  Born August 17, 1949, in Greensburg, he was the son of the late Jacob and Catherine (Ruffing) Savani and husband of Janet (Ryan) Savani.

In December 1978, Jacob decided to open his auto shop, Savani Auto Service and Auto Shop. 

Always dedicated to his craft, he successfully served the community for decades. On weekends, you could find him at the Keystone Raceway, where he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2017. 

He loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles and enjoyed spending time riding. He also loved to listen and dance to disco music. In addition to his wife Janet, he is survived by children Shawanna, Brian, and Brandy Savani; granddaughter, Sequoyah; brothers, David and Adrian Savani.  He was also preceded in death by sister, Davida Davidovich.

Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworksi Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday March 4, from 2 p.m. until the start of the remembrance service at 7:30 p.m. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com.
