Stephen "Sonny" William Estochin, 82, of McKeesport, passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021. He was born May 30, 1939 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Stephen and Mary (Bortak) Estochin. Stephen worked for Prudential Insurance Co., Metropolitan Insurance Co., and the former Firth Sterling Co. After retirement, he worked for Rite Aid for 17 years.

He is survived by his daughters, Denise (Paul) Elcesser of Franklin Park, Lisa (George) Schnur of Elizabeth Township, and Jane (Mark) Joyce of Moon Township, sons, Ken (Sandra) Cauthorn of Houston, TX, and Stephen L. "Sonny" (Jessica) Estochin of Sneadsferry, NC., grandchildren, Paul Schnur, Eva Rice, Eric Hanna, Ryan Joyce, Avery Joyce, Lily Elcesser and Peyton Estochin, great-grandson, Erick Schnur, and nieces and nephews. Stephen was one of eight brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his son, Eric Cauthorn. Friends are welcome Monday, June 14, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
